The processing and customs clearance of your order usually takes 24 hours on weekdays. The subsequent shipping time is between 3-7 working days depending on the country. Please see the exact times when checking out.
Minimum order value: CHF 30.- / € 30.-
The shipping costs are as follows
DE € 9.99 - all other countries € 12.99
Switzerland and Liechtenstein CHF 9.-
Free delivery for goods worth over € 90.- / CHF 90.-.
All prices include customs duties and the applicable VAT for the country to which the goods are delivered.

We will continue to supply other countries, but of course we will have to comply with the legal regulations of the respective country.
If you are from a country that is not currently on our shipping list and therefore cannot check out, please write us a individual request. We will try to make delivery possible as quickly as possible.
Please also note - Chocolate is a foodstuff and therefore cannot be returned if you do not like it - we only exchange goods in the original packaging with the original receipt, which, after consultation with the manufacturer, is of poor quality. The corresponding postage costs for the return shipment are at your expense.
For deliveries that could not be delivered and were not picked up and are returned to us, we will only refund the item cost, but not the shipping costs.
Particularly important! Chocolate doesn't like warm temperatures. We try everything to ensure that your chocolate reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out the possibility that it will be a little too hot for her on her long journey. Therefore, please understand that we can only send you your package if the temperature is below 25-28 degrees, because nobody wants melted chocolate with paper in between. We will personally inform you about this immediately upon receipt of your order.
