And their chocolates are better than any other chocolates you can buy...seriously
Very happy with the experience in the web shop. The delivery just took 3 days to Romania, didn't expected to be that fast. The package and the chocolate inside was in perfect condition to enjoy the Swiss Chocolate World experience.

No! We are registered accordingly and therefore all orders within the EU include customs, VAT and shipping costs. The price you pay with us covers all costs. So you won't have to worry about anything when the package is delivered to you.
For larger orders from dealers, companies and organizations or export deliveries from manufacturers, we are happy to discuss the conditions and discounts individually. The VAT for your destination country is always included in the prices. The same goes for customs clearance, which we handle ourselves to make your delivery quick and easy. Yes, it's very easy. Simply put together the shopping cart and enter the address of the delivery address when checking out and your billing address at the end. Now don't be alarmed, because the prices are automatically adjusted to the VAT and shipping costs of the respective country. It is therefore possible that the package will be cheaper or a little more expensive.
This currently works for the listed EU-states, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you want to ship something outside, please contact us personal.
We are like any other shop around the corner from you that sells groceries. So that means no. We only take back goods if they have qualitative defects that the manufacturer has confirmed. Please also read our shipping information.
Yes, as long as the order has not yet left our distribution center. After that, unfortunately, this is no longer possible.
We have direct and sometimes exclusive contracts with most chocolate brands. This applies in particular to those brands that you have not actually been able to buy outside of Switzerland - with us you can now. Incidentally, the respective product descriptions come directly from the manufacturers. By the way, we don't make our own chocolate.
Yes! At Swiss Chocolate World, you will only find chocolates that are truly made in Switzerland. We are very consistent about this. Therefore, it may be that you do not find certain chocolates, for example from Lindt, with us because they are partly not produced in Switzerland. Unfortunately, with Toblerone, this has become somewhat unclear nowadays.
Have you already tried another payment method? Then it usually works. Unfortunately, we do not offer payments by invoice to private individuals.
If you would like to deliver to a country that is not listed with us, don't be sad - just send us an email and we'll take a look together a solution.
Of course gladly. We also import and export larger shipments. Take a look at our business area or simply contact us here via b2b@swisschocolateworld.com.
About us
Swiss Chocolate World - and how it all began
If we are honest - even as children we loved chocolate more than anything! And as a Swiss, Swiss chocolate, of course!
In good Swiss language, it has pulled our sleeves down more and more (the Swiss say that when something is totally fascinates us) - which is our motivation and what we have done to become an exporter for some manufacturers to make it possible that you can enjoy now Swiss chocolate easily at home...
Swiss chocolates celebrating an anniversary
75 years of Lindor
This year we are celebrating a very special chocolate - the Lindor from Lindt is turning 75!
In 1949, Lindt brought a filled milk chocolate bar onto the market. It became a worldwide success thanks to a marketing idea when the chocolate was actually only poured into a ball shape for Christmas 1969. The customers were so enthusiastic that Lindt decided to permanently add the Lindor ball to its range in addition to the traditional table shape.
You can find out here which role models Lindor had and who played a key role in its global success.

100 years of Cailler Frigor
Yes, hardly 100 years have passed and we are already celebrating. At least with us. Because many seem to have escaped the fact that the Cailler Frigor first saw the light of day in 1923 and already delighted the palates of our ancestors.
So more than enough reason for the Swiss Chocolate World to make a big party out of this wonderfully creamy chocolate, which is extremely popular in Switzerland.
And that's why we celebrate the Cailler Frigor all year round with a 100th anniversary.

115 years of Toblerone - the true story behind
In 1908, Theodor Tobler and his cousin Emil Baumann invented the Toblerone in Bern.
It is probably the most famous chocolate in the world, there is hardly a shop where it is not available. And hardly anyone celebrates this birthday besides us.
A global player from the very first minute?
On the contrary - here and only at the Swiss Chocolate World you can find out more about the real
