The processing and customs clearance of your order usually takes 24 hours on weekdays. The subsequent Shipping time between 3-7 working days depending on the country. You can find out the exact times when you check out.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein CHF 9.-

Free Shipping from a goods value of more than € 70.- / CHF 70.-.

 

We know - you can easily fill an entire fridge with chocolate from Switzerland. 

We want to offer you a wonderful shopping experience and deliver your favorite chocolates to your home as quickly and easily as possible. Nothing would be more annoying than if the courier asked you to pay customs duties when you received the package. 

To do this, we must be registered for tax purposes in your country. We have done this for all EU countries - up to a value of €150, no customs duties are charged for shipments to private individuals.

 

We will continue to supply other countries, but of course we have to comply with the legal regulations of the respective country.

If you are from a country that is not currently on our shipping list and therefore cannot check out, please email us individual request. We will try to make delivery as soon as possible. 

Please also note - Chocolate is a foodstuff and can therefore not be returned if you do not like it - We only exchange goods in the original packaging with the original receipt, which, after consultation with the manufacturer, are of poor quality. The corresponding postage costs for the return shipment are at your expense.

Particularly important! Chocolate doesn't like warm temperatures. We try everything to ensure that your chocolate reaches you in perfect condition. Unfortunately, we cannot completely rule out that it will get a bit too hot for her on your long journey. Therefore, please understand that we can only send you your package when the temperature is below 25-28 degrees, because nobody wants melted chocolate with paper in between. You will be personally informed by us immediately upon receipt of your order.
