Processing and customs clearance of your order usually takes 24 hours on business days. The subsequent shipping time within the EU is between 2-7 working days, Switzerland 2-4 working days. Please check the exact times at checkout.
Minimum order value: CHF 24.90 / € 24.99
Shipping costs are as follows:
For Switzerland and Liechtenstein CHF 9.-
For Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands: € 9.99
France and Italy: € 14.99
All other EU countries € 14.99
Free delivery for orders over € 49.90 / CHF 49.90.
All prices include customs duties and the applicable VAT for the country to which the goods are delivered.
For deliveries that could not be delivered and were not collected and are returned to us, we only refund the item cost, not the shipping costs.
For business customers, prices include customs clearance regardless of the quantity you order or export to the EU. For minimum order values, discounts, and shipping rates, please contact us at b2b@swisschocolateworld.com.
We will continuously supply more countries, but of course, we must comply with the legal regulations of each respective country.
If you are from a country that is not yet on our shipping list and therefore cannot check out, please send us an individual inquiry. We will try to make delivery possible as soon as possible.
Please also note - Chocolate is a food product and therefore cannot be returned if you do not like it - we only exchange goods in their original packaging with the original receipt that, after consultation with the manufacturer, are found to be of poor quality. The corresponding return shipping costs are at your expense.
Especially important! Chocolate does not like warm temperatures. We do everything to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. However, we cannot completely rule out that it might get a bit too warm on its long journey. Therefore, please understand that we can only send your package when temperatures at your location are below 25-28 degrees Celsius, because no one wants melted chocolate with paper in between. You will be personally informed by us immediately upon order receipt regarding this.
