Important shipping information

We know - you can easily fill an entire fridge with chocolate from Switzerland and we are of course happy about that. 

But unfortunately we must draw your attention to a few legal restrictions:

Chocolate is a food item and importing such items is regulated differently by almost every country.

We want to offer you a wonderful shopping experience and deliver your favorite chocolates to your door as quick and easy as possible. Nothing is more annoying than when you are asked to pay customs duties when receiving the package. 

To do this, we need to be tax registered in your country. This is the case in all EU countries - up to a value of €150, no customs duties are charged for shipments to private individuals.

We are also shipping to other countries, but of course we must comply with the legal regulations of the respective country.

If you would like to place an order to a country currently not on our mailing list you will be unable to complete your order online. Please contact us by Individual Request as well. We will do what we can to send your order as soon as possible. 

Please also note - chocolate is a foodstuff and can therefore not be returned if you do not like it - we only exchange items in the original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, that was found of poor quality following with the manufacturer. The relevant costs for the return shipment are at your expense.

Particularly important! Chocolate doesn't like warm temperatures. We try everything we can do to ensure that your chocolate gets to you in perfect condition. However, we cannot completely rule out that the chocolate is getting a bit too hot on its long journey. As we do not think anyone would like to receive melted chocolate between paper sheets, we hope you understand that we only send your package when the temperatures are below 25-28 degrees Celsius. Should your order be affected, will inform immediately upon receipt of your order.
