If you order by 10:00 a.m., we will process and clear your package on the same working day. The delivery time to the EU is between 3-7 working days/CH 2-4 working days. The delivery staff are usually quite busy around public holidays - so it's better to plan an extra two days.

For all chocolates you have the option to order more than one. From 10 items you get 5% and from 20 items you get 10%. The corresponding discount will then be calculated automatically.

Yes, it's very easy. Simply put together the shopping cart and enter the address of the delivery address when checking out and your billing address at the end. We are like any other shop around the corner from you that sells groceries. So that means no. We only take back goods if they have qualitative defects that the manufacturer has confirmed. Please also read our shipping information.

We have direct and sometimes exclusive contracts with most chocolate brands. This applies in particular to those brands that you have not actually been able to buy outside of Switzerland - with us you can now. Incidentally, the respective product descriptions come directly from the manufacturers. By the way, we don't make our own chocolate.
Have you already tried another payment method? Then it usually works. Unfortunately, we do not offer payments by invoice to private individuals.
