If you order by 10:00 a.m., we will process and clear your package on the same working day. The delivery time within the EU is between 3-7 working days depending on the country. The delivery staff are usually quite busy around public holidays - so it's better to plan an extra two days.
We deliver to most EU countries, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
You can find the list by clicking on the country selection at the bottom of the page or by entering the shipping country when checking out.
If your country is not listed, just ask us info@swisschocolateworld.com and we look for a solution together.
Shipping costs €9.99 for Germany and €12.99 for all other listed EU countries.

From an order value of €90/CHF 90, shipping is free to all listed EU countries as well as to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
If the value of the goods is more than €150, please write to us personal at. This is not due to us, but to the regulations of the EU, which we of course adhere to.

For all chocolates you have the option of ordering more than one. From 10 items you get 5% and from 20 items you get 10%. The corresponding discount will then be calculated automatically.

No! Up to a value of € 150, all orders within the EU include customs duty, VAT and shipping costs. The price you pay with us covers all costs. So nothing comes to you when the package is delivered to you.
If you would like to order chocolate from us for more than € 150, please contact us personal, because the normal check-out has to be regulated differently due to various legal regulations.
Yes, it's very easy. Simply put together the shopping cart and enter the address of the delivery address when checking out and your billing address at the end. Now don't be alarmed, because the prices are automatically adjusted to the VAT and shipping costs of the respective country. It is therefore possible that the package will be cheaper or a little more expensive.

We are like any other shop around the corner from you that sells groceries. So that means no. We only take back goods if they have qualitative defects that the manufacturer has confirmed. Please also read our shipping information.
Yes, as long as the order has not yet left our distribution center. After that, unfortunately, this is no longer possible.
We have direct and sometimes exclusive contracts with most chocolate brands. This applies in particular to those brands that you have not actually been able to buy outside of Switzerland - with us you can now. Incidentally, the respective product descriptions come directly from the manufacturers. By the way, we don't make our own chocolate.
Unfortunately, this can happen if you want to order chocolate for more than € 150, for example. Then the check-out is not possible because of customs regulations. If you want to order more, that is of course also possible. write just us.
