If you order by 10:00 a.m., we will process and clear your package on the same working day. The delivery time within the EU is between 3-7 working days depending on the country. The delivery staff are usually quite busy around public holidays - so it's better to plan an extra two days.
We deliver to most EU countries, Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
You can find the list by clicking on the country selection at the bottom of the page or by entering the shipping country when checking out.
If your country is not listed, simply ask us info@swisschocolateworld.com and we will look for a solution together.
For larger orders from dealers, companies and organizations or export deliveries from manufacturers, we are happy to discuss the conditions and discounts individually. Here we also offer very fast delivery of goods that have already been cleared through customs directly from the interim warehouse in Germany. Please write to us at b2b@swisschocolateworld.com.
Shipping costs €9.99 for Germany and €12.99 for all other listed EU countries.

From an order value of €90/CHF 90, shipping is free to all listed EU countries as well as to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

For all chocolates you have the option to order more than one. From 10 items you get 5% and from 20 items you get 10%. The corresponding discount will then be calculated automatically.

Depending on the country, we offer a whole range of options for this. On the one hand the common credit cards such as Visa, Amex, Mastercard, but also PayPal, Sofort, Giropay, Bancontact, Ideal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We will be offering other payment options in the near future.
No! We are registered accordingly and therefore all orders within the EU include customs, VAT and shipping costs. The price you pay with us covers all costs. So you won't have to worry about anything when the package is delivered to you.

Yes, it's very easy. Simply put together the shopping cart and enter the address of the delivery address when checking out and your billing address at the end. Now don't be alarmed, because the prices are automatically adjusted to the VAT and shipping costs of the respective country. It is therefore possible that the package will be cheaper or a little more expensive.
This currently works for the listed EU-states, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. If you want to ship something outside, please contact us personal.
We are like any other shop around the corner from you that sells groceries. So that means no. We only take back goods if they have qualitative defects that the manufacturer has confirmed. Please also read our shipping information.
Yes, as long as the order has not yet left our distribution center. After that, unfortunately, this is no longer possible.
We have direct and sometimes exclusive contracts with most chocolate brands. This applies in particular to those brands that you have not actually been able to buy outside of Switzerland - with us you can now. Incidentally, the respective product descriptions come directly from the manufacturers. By the way, we don't make our own chocolate.
Have you already tried another payment method? Then it usually works. Unfortunately, we do not offer payments by invoice to private individuals.
